Removing the heat shield plate

• 6 × 1,0 Y-Type
• Glue under the metal cover

The heat shield plate is screwed to the inside of the display. At its lower edge the plate is glued to the flex cable set below.

1. Remove the heat shield plate from the inside of the display by loosening the six Y-type screws.
2. Use a pair of tweezers to slide under the lower edge of the plate to release it from the flex cable set underneath.
3. Take the detached heat shield out of the display unit.
