Turning off your Device
Turn your iPhone off completely to avoid damaging it during the repair. Press the standby button for about three seconds until the slider appears.
Wipe it from left to right. Now your iPhone will shut down completely, which can take about ten seconds.
Removing the enclosure screws
You need a pentalobe screwdriver to open the iPhone 6 Plus.

Remove the two pentalobe screws at the bottom of the enclosure. They are located to the right and left of the Lightning connector. Put the screws in the same container.

Lifting the display
Put your iPhone 6 Plus on a soft, clean surface to avoid scratching the back.

To lift the front panel, you need a suction cup and a hard plastic pick. If the screen is severely cracked, cover all of it with packing tape before you continue.

Place the suction cup over the Home button (if possible) or next to it (see figure 1). While lifting the screen with the suction cup, insert the hard plastic pick between the aluminum frame and the display frame and press down the aluminum frame. Also use the hard plastic pick to raise the screen (see figure 2). This usually takes several attempts.

As soon as you can lift the screen a few millimeters, you have to carefully work your way around the outside until it’s loosened on both sides (see figure 3).
Disconnecting the battery connector
Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the Phillips screws on the battery connector (see figure 1). Then lift the cover (see figure 2). Put all the parts in the same container.

Now carefully lift the battery connector by inserting the pointed tip of the ESD spudger slightly below the connector (see figure 3). If you don’t have a spudger, you can also try using your fingernail.
Disconnecting the connectors
First remove the five Phillips screws from the silver cover (see figure 1). Put the screws in the same container. Then lift the cover to remove it.

Disconnect the following four overlapping connectors (see figure 2) in the order shown below. Be very careful. Place the pointed tip of the spudger very slightly below the contact and lift it up.

Remove the two screws that hold the vibration motor in place (see figure 1).

Carefully disconnect the little antenna connector using the spudger (see figures 2 and 3).

Now carefully move the vibration motor to the side. Pay close attention to the antenna cable routed in the little silver rail along the speaker (see figure 4).

Now turn the vibration motor so you’re looking at the bottom of it. Now you can remove the antenna cable from the little bracket (see figure 5).

Then you can remove the vibration motor.
Disconnecting the ribbon cable
Using the spudger, carefully disconnect the lower oblong connector for the Lightning connector (see figure 1).
Removing the speaker
Now remove the following two Phillips screws that hold the speaker in place (see figure 1). Put the screws in different containers so you can easily identify them later.

Now you can remove the speaker (see figure 2). Make sure you don’t lose the little silver rail (see figure 3).
Removing the Lightning cover
Remove the two Phillips screws from the Lightning cover (see figure 1).

Now lift the Lightning cover to remove it (see figure 2).
Removing the screws
Now remove the following nine Phillips screws. Put the screws in different containers so you can easily identify them later.

Removing the antenna cable
Disconnect the antenna cable (see figure 1) and remove it (see figure 2).

Removing the Lightning connector
First remove the little black plastic bracket (see figure 1). Then carefully detach the microphone using the laboratory spatula or the spudger (see figure 2).

Insert the spudger or laboratory spatula below the ribbon cable and carefully detach it from the base (see figure 3). The cable is only glued in place at the point where the speaker was. Now carefully continue detaching the cable from the base (see figures 4 and 5).

Then use tweezers to lift the cable slightly above the battery so you can loosen the ports for the Lightning connector and headphones (see figure 6). If necessary, use the spatula or tweezers (see figure 7).

Now you can remove the entire ribbon cable (see figure 8).
Inserting the Lightning connector
Now put the new Lightning connector in the original position (see figure 1).

Make sure that the Lightning connector, the audio jack and the microphone are fitted properly against the frame (see figure 2).

Install the little black plastic bracket over the microphone again (see figure 3).
Connecting the antenna cable
Now attach one end of the antenna cable again (see figure 1).
Fastening the screws
Now screw in all nine screws that attach the Lightning connector again (see figure 1).

Installing the Lightning cover
Now install the Lightning cover (see figure 1) and screw it in place (see figure 2).

Installing the speaker
Put the new speaker back in the original position (see figure 1) and fasten the Phillips screws again (see figure 2).

Installing the vibration motor
Attach the antenna cable to the vibration motor again (see figure 1).

Place the vibration motor at the original location. Make sure you insert the antenna cable properly in the rail against the speaker (see figure 2).

Now reconnect the antenna connector (see figure 3)..

Screw the vibration motor in place again (see figure 4).

Now connect the connector for the Lightning connector again (see figure 1).
Connecting the display
Reattach the connectors (see figure 1). Connecting the LCD connector generally takes a few tries. Be very careful to avoid bending the connector.

Start your iPhone as soon as the connectors are securely attached. Check the function of the LCD, touchscreen, proximity sensor, front camera and earpiece.
If the connectors aren’t connected properly, stripes will appear on the display or parts of the touchscreen won’t work.

Now attach the cover and screw it in place (see figure 2).

Installing the battery
Attach new adhesive strips below the battery. Otherwise, the battery will have too much room and move around

Now put the battery back in the iPhone and connect the connector (see figure 1).

Put on the silver cover and screw it in place (see figure 2).

Attaching the display
Then carefully fold down the screen. Make sure that the edge on the upper part of the screen where the cables are clicks into place properly. Now carefully push the screen on toward the Home button until it is properly installed in the frame.
Fastening the enclosure screws
Now screw in the two pentalobe screws at the bottom of the enclosure.
