  1. Removing the back cover

    1. Put your finger in the appropriate hollow to detach the back cover from the chassis. This hollow is slightly above the standby button. The back cover is hooked onto the chassis.
    2. Remove the back cover.

    1. Use your finger to lift the battery out of the device. There’s a hollow in the chassis where you can easily access the battery.
    2. Remove the battery.

  4. Installing the battery

    1. Put the battery in the appropriate slot in the chassis. Make sure the battery’s four gold contacts are touching the four gold springs in your device.

    1. Position the back cover on the chassis.
    2. Use your finger to press the back cover firmly onto the entire device. The back cover has to hook onto the chassis. You can hear it click into place.
