    1. The back cover is glued to the chassis. Heat the back cover with a heat gun to soften the glue.
    2. Attach a suction cup to the lower end of the device and pull on it while pressing down the chassis with a plastic pick.
    3. As soon as a gap appears between the chassis and back cover, insert the pick into it.
The back cover is painted on the inside. Remove any adhesive residue carefully to avoid scratches or cracks.
    4. Move the pick once around the entire device to completely detach the glue. If you have more than one pick, you can insert one at each corner.
    5. Take off the back cover.

    2. The battery is attached to the device by a Phillips screw. Remove the screw, which is screwed through the battery’s plastic eyelet and into the enclosure.
      1 x 3.0 mm Phillips screw
    3. Using the spudger, lift the battery a little bit out of the enclosure. Now you can put the spudger at the plastic eyelet where the screw used to be.
